Sia Soliola appearance

Missing the Kiwis squad? Not really disappointed, Kiwis have a good bunch of players there and have a good chance of coming away with a win in the Four Nations.

Community work, mental health ambassador: Go out to Menslink events, help out wherever I can, helps them to have a footy player.

When you play footy, you tend to forget what got you there in the first place. What you grew up with, community. That s why I try and help out in charity.

How long left in your career? How long is a piece of string. Got a couple of years on my contract. First and foremost goal is to win a premiership with the Raiders. Ricky Stuart has introduced us to a lot of mentors, board members, will work with people like that to work out what next to do with my life.

Influence on younger players and culture? Didn't intend it. Something that happens, when you're young you just want to play footy, but when I went to St Helens, they had a lot of senior guys over there, I hung out with them. You behave the way they do, use their language, you grow... and when I came back to Canberra there were a lot of younger players and I guess I was now in that senior role.

I love Sia, he's great for the Raiders, the Community and the fans. He must standout with his big hair now, for him to mention it. He definitely has a presence about him.

I tried the hair but I ended up looking more like Art Garfunkel than Sia.

Art Garfunkel is a great singer, not sure how he would go in the forwards though
