Doesn't Campo or Brett White own one some where as well?
Maybe Bronson Harrison did too?

Campo definitely. I didn't wanna be the one who brought up the last captain to own a Crust.

Brett White and Glen Turner sold Pita Pit for a fraction of what they put in setting up the place.

Franchises are not a good idea especially something like Pita Pit that no-one has heard of in the first place.

That pizza joke is real cheesy, but I'm sure it can't be topped.

Crust is awesome. Expensive, but the best take away pizza I think I've had in Canberra.

You need to try some more pizza places then in that case!

Crust is okay when you're comparing it to Domino's or Pizza Hut, but is bog average and way too over priced.

In saying that, if I'm ever in Goulburn I'll buy a Pizza just to support Toots jnr

Pizza Gusto on Lonsdale next to Autolyse is outstanding. It's woodfired italian style so not the amount of topping that some would like. But eat it fresh out of the oven at an outside table. Top shelf.

Pizza Gusto has already been mentioned
Zucchini Bros. (Chisholm)
Trevs @ Dickson
Walter G's (also in Dickson)
Locale (Deakin)
Pizza Arte (Kingston)
Da Bronx (Forde)

That's just a few good places I've tried.

There is great takeaway Pizza no matter where in Canberra you live Image

Good for him.

This doesn't bode well for the GreenGrocer - the greatest bike shop/eatery this side of London!!

It burnt down earlier this year and I'm hopeful they rebuild - I hope Croker's little venture doesn't prevent the rebuild!!

Goulburn can have two pizza shops right? In that case - it'll be all okay.

Divots cafe at gold creek country club has decent pizzas, way better than dominoes or pizza hut [SLICE OF PIZZA]

With both Campo and Croker investing in Crust any chance that it is a TPA deal? It seems a good way to get given extra payments.

Doesn't stop someone buying one and giving it to them.

I'm sure if Croker played for another. Lib many on here would be suggesting that is what has happened.

I think you're grasping at straws. His isn't the first player in the NRL to invest in his own business.

Not saying he hasn't invested it himself, he does seem a very level headed young man so i wouldn't be surprised if that is how he is spending his money.

Nor am I suggesting any wrong doing in fact if it was an example of a legal (and who really knows what is acceptable under TPA's) then I applaud it.

I went every time I came down to Canberra for a game.
But to be honest it was just to chat to Whitey.
And it was either on the way to, or on the way out of Bentspoke - I don't think I ever finished a Pita :opps
Hopefully White's getting paid well enough as a coach and Turner has something else in the works.
