Who's been run out of town?

We've got the usual suspects:
billyt
Fergo2012
NEEDSMEMBERCODE
Rodman
Bay56
Charlie
RRA

And I'd like to announce the newest member:
Nickman!
No great loss in any of them bar rra, nick and bay at their most sane rather than at their worst.

was constantly harassed by people who not only should know better, but have complained about being harassed themselves. Was pretty appalling really. I wont name and shame them. Hopefully they feel enough shame themselves

Seriously Simo, I like the guy but he continuously rode what he considered jokes into the ground at other's expense, constant ad hominems, Dubby and myself are two that spring straight to mind, I almost quit myself last week because I'd had a gut full of his behavior.

I love a good off topic conversation as much as the next guy but please keep the segment thread to segments and off topic conversation in the lime lou......

Well according to a new segment which dropped this week you won't have to put up with him any longer, Bushy. I've been told he's had enough harassment and has taken a hiatus. They told me they weren't sure when, if at all, he'd be back. Apparently really shaken up about it all.

Yeah for one game and we've caught up another couple of times away from games. Why I said I like the guy and hope he comes back.

He wasn't run out. He's decided to take a break

The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.

If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

I would say every single poster in that wonderful new segment has done that. Like, none of them were actually chased away from their keyboards and then the people chasing them got into their account and changed their passwords so they couldn't return.

They've all decided to have breaks, for whatever reasons.

Except for billyt because he's a hateful, spiteful little man and was rightfully banned.

Nickman was definitely bullied and harassed out of the forum by a select few... And their staggering levels of hypocrisy continue to be displayed

His gut was full of false accusations by members who should know better
The shame is theirs
