Schifty fulltime administrator

I am pleased to announce that after myself, greeneyed and thickos discussed we've decided to put schifty on the books as a fulltime Administrator

which takes his pay from $0 per year, to $1 per year... to be paid by me at a game sometime this year when i have loose change
