Im new to this site and would like to know how you add pictures to your avatar and signature

i suppose you missed the button in clear writing at the top right corner that says "FAQ"

There are guides in the Greenhouse Issues board, but you put the image URL in the signature block, highlight it and click the [img] code.

Thanks but what if I have created it in a program and it doesn't have an image url

you have to find somewhere to upload the image (just google search free image upload) once you upload it, you will have a url to use.
