What you do is copy and paste the URL from the page at the site you wish to link to, in this case, this is the URL:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=geaUwip3Umc
Next step is put a square bracket at the end of the URL:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=geaUwip3Umc]
Next step is type Click here - or copy and paste in the URL of the image you want between - directly after the square bracket, for example:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=geaUwip3Umc]Click here
Then highlight the whole thing and click the URL button. It'll look like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=geaUwip3Umc]Click here
But you need to change the first ] to an = sign ie to [url=
