Not enough lime green on The GH
Hey admins, Just a quick query as to whether you will update the backgroud web image to a more current Lime Green? Seems a bit Bottle Green or early naughties for mine.
I personally just think the site would look way better with more Lime!

The short answer is no, I'm afraid. The design of the site is settled in for season 2009 and it was not long ago that we refreshed the look of the site. It costs us too much to keep changing things around... for example, it cost us $120 just to change the banner for 2009, taking Todd Carney off, and putting Terry Campese on... a change we proceeded with, as we saw it as fairly essential in the circumstances. Despite the advertising and the generous donations, we are not breaking even... so we need to keep development costs to a minimum.

If we can get someone with excellent skills to commit free resources, on tap, we'd love for that to happen. But those people are generally too busy... and I suspect the admin team is too busy to do even more than run the site I'm afraid... that takes a lot of time as is.

good job lads, it's awesome having a site where we can get views from raiders fans...even if we sometimes take the p*&s out of each other.

Most of the problem is the fact we pay someone to host the siteGillfish wrote:No probs. Good answer

You should of kept Todd on there and saved the money, I wouldn't of cared!greeneyed wrote:The short answer is no, I'm afraid.
