The GH Premiership - 2008

Post by Nick »

Ok ladies and gentleman, our regular GH premiership virtual NRL comp will happen as always, there are limited places... ill be organising the comp via http://vrl.rleague.com/

This is a thread for those interested in participating. In order to throw a little bit extra spice in the competition, your team must be a representitive of a local Canberra area/district... ill be withholding 50% of places for participants of last year.

First in best dressed
If there is enough interest we'll set up a 2nd comp aswell :)

I shall get the ball rolling with my team

Ive had a look around and IMO, the Daily Telegraph comp looks ok, and if VNRL cant get sorted before wednesday night we'll set up shop there
http://nrlfantasy.dailytelegraph.com.au/

EDIT: Just read that VNRL wont be ready by round 1, infact they probably wont be ready until round 5
so we're definitely going to the DT site. And when VNRL opens we'll re assess.

I'll join up...

I thought I was registered to the DT one, seems I might not be.

I am in another one with a salary cap and whatnot - bloody hard to get a good team under the cap!

Yep- done.

I already joined and picked a side.

Hopefully I can still join your league as the Ngunnawal Knobs.

BTW, why are the props and second rowers the most valuable players? (yes, I haven't read the scoring instructions)
