2006 Premiership odds

GreenhouseTAB has released the latest odds for the 2006 Greenhouse Cup:

Horny Hasslehoffs $6.00
Calwell Cocks $6.00
Mc Fadden's Angels $10.00
Galston Gladiators $12.00
Weston Wookies $12.00
Kilaben Killers $16.00
The Dicemen $21.00
Norfolk Enchants $26.00
Kambah Karnivores $26.00
Belconnen Cougars $29.00
ACT Avengers $41.00
Liverpool RLFC $61.00

As expected, last years 2nd and 3rd finishers, Horny Hasslehoffs (formerly Malabar Crows) and Calwell Cocks are hot favourites to take the title, with McFadden's Angels (formerly Team Assclown) not far behind. In what should be a suprise to no one, Liverpool RLFC (formely Elliot All-Stars) are once again Wooden Spoon favourites.

These latest odds are contrary to odds given in a press release made by Liverpool RLFC last week, which were later found to be fake. Liverpool is under investigation for the fake odds which were made to try and drum up more numbers for their dwindling supporter base. Liverpool RLFC are rumored to have sold just 3 season tickets this year, 2 of them purchased by Tonio and the other by his boyfriend Matt Elliot.

Odds for the Greenhouse Cup Reserves to be made when the competition is finalised.

p.s- Lessons were learnt last year, expect the Cougars to have a stronger back half of the season 8)

Corrupt Bookmaker there.

Liverpool RLFC is actually $6.10 not $61.00 as mentioned above. Not sure how they got it that wrong. Calwell Cocks - joint favourites...
