Do Timbo and Azza want in? We should certainly try to talk azza into it, but I got the sense Timbo wasn't interested...

It is worth asking Kris how committed he is to the new team... I haven't heard him indicate he is on board there yet.

Other potential people: Prodigiousman.

Maybe we need a global announcement for a short period to ask people if they are interested.

We should try and sign up Woodgers as well. I've had one attempt... but we ought to try and talk him round. He would be an excellent writer, I think.

Prodman won't do it I reckon, 'cause of his position as pro writer and massive contributor at LU.

I'd have as my recruit list

edwahu
woodgers
Bay56
dolphinboy (if he's willing to sign up at LU, dunno if he has an account there)

and of course all the guys trying to make a go of it with the KKK - edabomb, PQ, Raider_Azz, valiant_raider and the k-man.

Out of non-Raiders fans, UndertakerMike for some strange reason likes to float around in our match threads and post good luck messages etc. I think he's crying out for a team, and we should make an approach. I'd PM him Nick, see if he's keen.

BTW Timbo definitely wants an expanded role in 2006.

Genghis was handy this season however, beggars cant be choosers - especially if we are nowhere near 15 players.

he'll bore the refs to sleep.

But seriously, do what you like, not even sure I'll be playing next year after what's unfolded for me this year.

azza... you HAVE to re-sign. You're articles might not have scored what you'd like, but you have only had a couple of appearances so far, and a writer of your standard is really needed on the team.

Bay... surely you'd be up for 1 or 2 articles across a whole year??? :)

750 words literally flies by... you're a passionate man, pick a subject and run with it mate.

We're not asking you to churn out an article a fortnight like some of us did... what we want is a support cast that can come in and lighten the load - the more they want to write the better.

Hope you give it a thought, hell you could convert a long post into an article, it isn't that hard 8)
