My idea for the GH Fantasy league

Post by -TW- »

Okay...

It is currently run as a 16 team comp..

Now i was thinking we keep those 16 teams from 2009 in "The Premiership" which is like 1st grade... then we have another comp.. run on the same site (was it nrl.com?) and have 16 more teams.. this is division 1..

the top 2 teams of division 2 will be promoted (EPL style) into "The Premiership" and the bottom two will be relegated to "Div 1"

this gives 32 people a chance to play in the same style.. in 2 seperate comps.. on the same site

thoughts?

I like it. Except I'd go with bottom 4/top 4, or even top 8/bottom 8.

That would give us a chance to mix it up from year to year, instead of playing the same teams all the time.

I'm sure there'd be more than enough interest.

If we could russell up 32 teams having a promotion/ relagation system would be good. I think if there were to be 8 teams swapped a year it should go on the average scores not just there position on the ladder. Having the best 16 teams in the comp each year would make it a tighter comp all round.

BTW The Untouchables will be looking to make up for there GF lose this season, so look out fellow GH coaches.

My favorite forum member is 100%Green. Why? Because anyone who can convince my wife who runs two watch shops and doesnt realy like the Raiders to buy me a limited edition centenary of league Raiders watch is alright in my books.

It's hard god-damn work being a Raiders supporter!

Lads,

NRLCEO is officially open for business. Go to www.nrlceo.com and register your interest. Once you have created a new account you can enter the site and peruse the player list, look at the home page and blogs and also look at rules and FAQ's.

If you experience a failiure notice when you initially login - you still should be registered so don't stress about this notice and you will still be allowed access to the site.

If you go to www.nrlceo.com and do not reach the newly painted site - it is still emerging across the globe so please be patient as it will reach you!
