Braddon Bombers 2009 Season Launch

The Braddon Bombers launched their 2009 season by announcing their 2009 team and a key change in the front office.

It was expected that Mark 'Chopper' Read would struggle to hold his place as Coach, however the board has elected to give him one more year to prove his worth, however CEO Raider_69 has stood down from his position to focus on his Internet Empire, which is set to net the young man approximately $30 a year.

He has been replaced by Trent From Punchy, who took immediate steps to ensure the Bombers were premiership contenders, he had this to say on his appointed:

"I dont know aye, i just kind of rocked up here aye, and was like "who are these **** ****" everyone was like who are you? and i was like Im trent... Me and Kevvvvvvvvvo, had a... a good **** look, he's a **** sicko... we had abit of a talk between doughies down at lidcombe station, and that was heaps sick aye... but we decided changes need to be made... so cookie and kev laid it out, ya know? its part of what we do... i cant get **** done though aye, cause there's so many birds after me since i became CEO, they're all like "Hey trent! Give me back my purse", im just like "just **** relax aye"... anyways heres our 2009 team"

Hey Nick don't like to be the bearer of bad news but do ya wanna let Chopper Read know that Blake Lazarus is out for the season.

No Lazarus-like return for Tiger

February 17, 2009 12:00am

WESTS Tigers fullback Blake Lazarus - a potential successor to Brett Hodgson - will miss the 2009 season through injury.

The 20-year-old will undergo surgery on Thursday after he suffered anterior cruciate ligament damage to his knee during Balmain Ryde Eastwood's trial against Cabramatta on Saturday night.

The same injury sidelined him for the year after round four of the 2008 Toyota Cup. "It is a devastating injury for Blake,'' Wests Tigers recruitment manager Warren McDonnell told the club's website.

"He had been training well in thepre-season and was part of our full-time NRL squad. We are sure that with Blake's determination and first-class attitude that he can make a successful comeback from the injury.''

Coach Chopper is well aware of Young blake's injuries ;)
In fact he has already replaced him but was hoping no one would notice his injury and follow suit as they have done so every year with Choppers roster... now you've uncovered his devious plan, im sure he'll change his tact

Bombers Go West!

The Bombers have today had a fierce and firey opposed session, which has given keen onlooked a glipse into the mind of Trent From Punchy and what his team will likely to be come round 1.

Trent has taken the team to sydney for the final weeks as preparation for the season and took the unusual step of hosting the opposed session at Lidcombe station. Assistant coaches Cookie and Kev watched on as they maxed doughies in the gravel. They were reportably "heaps sick aye".

2. Israel Folau
3. Greg Inglis
4. Colin Best
5. Denan Kemp
6. Terry Campese (vc)
7. Johnathan Thurston
8. Cameron Smith (c)
9. Issac De Gois
10. Bronson Harrison
11. Anthony Laffranchi
12. Frank Pritchard
13. Joe Picker

14. Phil Grahm
15. William Zillman
16. Ben T'eo
17. Jake Friend
18. Michael Robertson

You'd think Admins could find a thread and reply within it, rather than starting a new one everytime they feel the need to waste our time.
