Info on past players

Post by paulquinn49 »

This is like a where are they now thread.

The recent greatest team ever threads have got me thinking

Just wondering what some of our former players are doing these days.

Gary Belcher
Ivan Henjack
Matthew Wood
Glen Lazuras

Are the players id like to know what they do now, and/or where they do it

I am pretty sure Belcher is in Brisbane, working with the Broncos and on Brisbane radio. Lazarus is in Brisbane again, I saw him on TV when I was up there for Xmas and he must be about 150kgs.... Could be working with Broncos too.

Matty Wood... last time I saw him was at the Kambah shops with wife and young kids about 5 years ago.

I think Ivan Henjak was coaching Junior RL in the Brisbane area last season.

Gary Belcher is the performance director at the Broncos.

Really? That team would be pretty good.

Lazzo moved back to Canberra a few years ago and got a job with us. Didn't last very long though, as a fall-out of some sorts happened and he was sacked. He was doing car commercials for a while.

He must have moved back to Brisbane though, as greeneyed said.

Its 'Henjak' and yes I still think he might have an association with junior development incl the Broncos.

I found an article on him on google.
