Punch or no punch throw the book at the lot of them!

Coincidentally, I did notice the guy Curtis Scott punched had a horses face.

Cops should have completely surrounded the protest with riot shields and released them one by one so that each of them could be fined, and had their residential details logged so that police could conduct isolation checks for them at home... randomly, at least 5 times a day and at least two of them overnight.

Love the mental gymnastics some people go through to justify ****. What exactly do you think the definition of a punch is? He has a closed fist, he moved it towards the horses head and made contact. Just because he is really crap at punching doesn't make it less of a punch. The horse is considered a police officer, do you really think that's OK either way? What are you even trying to defend here?
You’re arguing it was a punch, I’m informing you it wasn’t. I’m not defending the man nor saying I condone assaulting police officers in the line of duty. Sounds like the triple front flip was more coming from your end than mine buddy.

Personally, I think the horses should be trained to kick or strike in such scenarios. A kick from a horse that size would shut those ****heads up really quickly.

If you're there to protest there's no reason to be touching the horses or the police for that matter.

It's simply an extension of the same rights I'd hope were extended to me, from the police, if I were there protesting peacefully.

Game
Set
Match.

I can't even see a technically saving him this time. Even if it means "mutual separation" rather than torn up contract.

Interesting. Does this suggest we didn’t think the club had grounds to part ways prior to a charge being laid?

Also - given the NRL integrity commission handed down its punishment based on an investigation that seemingly didn’t even have a complainant at the time, will it now revisit things?

Savage's performances and Scott's charge are our highlights of a miserable season. If we can sack him and save $400,000 for the next 2 years, that's great.

It really is close between Scott and George Williams for worst signing we've made since I became a fan in 93.

I say George by a nose.

This is off topic, but Bill Tupou for mine. I saw a game live v Souths in 2014 at Stadium Aust when someone passed him the ball approx 10 m out from the line with no one in front of him and he dropped it cold.

Fixed
I don’t level that at players lightly. In I push back against a lot of “he doesn’t even try!” Stuff

But I really don’t think Frawley did for large parts of his time here. Flat out stealing money

Yep. I don’t throw it around lightly either. But I sat out at Bruce a few times watching Frawley actively avoiding a tough carry when required or not chasing in defence.

I remember the story of his arrival well, got off on the wrong foot with woolford and croker and never settled in always wanted out
