because he's a halfback who's underperformed against his contract basically his entire career and the Tigers have just purchased a player from ESL who's spent 99% of his last 3 years playing halfback. It's been long speculated that the tigers are pretty ready to wash their hands of the Brooks era.
We'll see but my money is if someone wants him in 2022, the tigers would be open to a divorce.
We have a gapping hole at halfback needing to be filled.

They havent remotely got their **** in order as far as i can see but to each their own
But the reality is this... this is a fan site and until we fill the halfback spot, you can expect that any halfback who is or might become available will be speculated about.
if @Crash Ball is right and Brooks is repped by Moses... that is quite relieveing for me. Because i dont think Stuart is going to deal with those guys unless it's for a truly special player.
It's not wise at all to blacklist a bunch of players based on their manager/agency they're signed to. All we're doing there is handicapping ourselves.
These things happen in sport. There are plenty of scum player managers in the world. Think Moses is bad? There are leeches way worse than him all over football in Europe, yet clubs still deal with them. You've got to find ways to build bridges and be able to maintain business, otherwise you're just giving a leg up to your competition.
For those wondering if Brooks is available, Tigz are rumoured to be talking to Pearce now. He isnt off contract either.

I think he's very underrated. I'm not sure if it's any correlation (because of the very small sample size and parras opponents) but they seemed very flat recently when he was missing. Then as soon as he's back they click again.

George Williams is a ball running supporting half who had success in England in teams that not only had a halfback but the most halfback like loose forward of the modern era of rugby league. So up until last season he’s genuinely played all of his club football as 3rd string chime in when it suits playmaker. He’s decent in that role.
