Hot in the sun, but quite a stiff breeze, so it’s quite cool in the shade. So cool, I needed a light jacket.

Interesting... not a single advertising or other marking (apart from the lines) on the field. Guess they’ll be electronic only.
Id say due to the womans games running different sponsers and logos, on fox's coverage of the roosters dragons game, they had the womans logo on half way and major sponsors eithersidd

I reckon if this isn't a final Timoko starts. Either Semi out or Rapa to the bench.

I am at the ground. Big brace on Suttons right leg. Hodgo with him with a ball in his hand. Looks very relaxed. Laughing. Scott on crutches and moon boot on left leg. Lots of people making their way into the ground. Just under 10k expected. Perfect footy conditions.

Wheres the traffic?

Wasn't planning on leaving till 2. But I get on the M7 from Sunnyholt. Can't imagine much traffic from there?

We left just before 9. Traffic added at least 45min
Eh. I left at 2:15 and have just parked. Holiday traffic must've been ahead of me and I also live on the outer skirts anyway

A Lui and Young middle rotation off the bench in a final makes me a bit nervous. The pressure and intensity is gonna kick up a few notches from last week, and these two guys are key to keep our momentum going once the starting middles have their first spell.

Hopeful they'll be up to the test but not entirely confident.

I am a little worried about our starts.

We need to keep a cool head because they will use plenty of niggle.

Lui and Young are in good form though, im more worried about the defence of CHN and semi's first finals game

Fun fact:
Raider number 300 Josh Papalii is a real good chance of playing 300 games for Canberra. Just need him to stay healthy.

Last time he attempted a field goal was our awful loss at home to Penrith.
10 out, right in front.

It was a lot easier to get food and drink with more restricted crowds! Dugan just got a decent booing though.

Geez what a dumb play by Bateman. We would have had a 7 tackle set.

6th min TRY SHARKS to Chad Townsend. Absolutely awful start. The Raiders had it covered in the in goal, but let Townsend get their first. No try, but Bateman interferes. NO TRY. PENALTY SHARKS. No sin bin.

PENALTY GOAL SHARKS to Townsend from almost in front.

Sharks 2-0

Bateman extremely luck there also, even if the Sharks player running through was playing for it
