Re: 2020 Rd 20 V Sharks: Game Day
Some questionable use of the bench, some great work, some terrible. Very questionable referring. Overall a good victory, shows how pathetic the Sharks are.
Re: 2020 Rd 20 V Sharks: Game Day
Excellent win. Very gassed as expected from about 55 minutes onward, but we got a lot out of that
Re: 2020 Rd 20 V Sharks: Game Day
Very proud of the boys. I had a good yell at my tv

Yeeew stoked with that.
Re: 2020 Rd 20 V Sharks: Game Day
Yep great effort from all the boys
They we out on their feet and found a way to get it done
Quite proud
Really good stuff
The entire club will get a lift from that I reckon
Re: 2020 Rd 20 V Sharks: Game Day
I hope the injury to Sutton is not an ACL as they said on the broadcast. Great performance from all the Men in Green tonight. Sam Williams in particular.

Resting the players was a genius move by Sticky
Re: 2020 Rd 20 V Sharks: Game Day
I tell you guys what I'm glad stick and the boys have improved our last 20. I was having flashbacks to the fades we had a few years ago

Outstanding effort. Well done, baby Raiders! Got to feel sorry for Subloo for not getting any decent game time.

Unbelievable club win! Not surprised at the last 20 minutes noting that most of the team had not played a game for a very long time - some had not played this year.

Re: 2020 Rd 20 V Sharks: Game Day
I've been a Raiders fan for a very very long time.
That had everything, I more gassed than the players.
I've never been so nervous.
We were great and absolutely atrocious.
And just a note- When Bryson Goodwin scores against you..you may as well run into traffic.
I'm so so happy for the boys, they were never in danger of losing(or were they)
Great win, and congrats to Lui, Starling and Sammy..

Well this game proved we don't really need to sign anyone, we have a great bunch of juniors coming through right now.
Timoko, Harley, Semi, menchin, cook, all will improve with more first grade.
Happy days

MATCH REPORT: Ryan Sutton knee injury sours Canberra Raiders' win over Cronulla Sharks
Everything was going perfectly for the Canberra Raiders. But then disaster struck in the form of a potentially season-ending knee injury for Ryan Sutton. He twiste his knee awkwardly in a tackle just before half-time. There were fears he'd injured both his anterior cruciate and medial ligaments.
Otherwise, Raiders coach Ricky Stuart would've been delighted with the 38-28 victory over the Cronulla Sharks at Kogarah on Saturday.
CANBERRA RAIDERS 38 (Dunamis Lui, Nick Cotric, Tom Starling, Sam Williams, Kai O'Donnell, Matt Frawley, Harley Smith-Shields tries; Williams 5 goals) bt CRONULLA SHARKS 28 (Briton Nikora 2, Ronaldo Mulitalo, Wade Graham, Bryson Goodwin tries; Mawene Hiroti 3 goals) at Kogarah. Referee: Ashley Klein.

Canberra Raiders set to face Cronulla Sharks - again
The video tape is going straight in the bin. Canberra Raiders coach Ricky Stuart won't take anything out of their 38-28 victory over the Cronulla Sharks at Kogarah on Saturday night.
"We won't be reviewing it. We'll jump straight into next week," Stuart said. "It's semi-final football and they'll be a different team next week and we will too. I'll take nothing out of tonight and I'm sure John won't take anything out of it either.

Let's keep things in perspective. Sharks were horrible. Still like what guys like HSS and Timoko showed.

If we need a forward to drop off the bench I think it should be CHN. Perfect opportunity to lead and shine today.
Didn't happen.
The Sutton injury might keep him in there but it also gives an opening for a reserve back.
