Oh, there we go!
And to all the people who doubted me, hello to them as well. - Mark Webber, Raiders Ballboy and Unluckiest F1 Driver Ever
I'm attacking in the right way, instead of just...attacking in the general direction. - Max Aaron (also eerily apropos for the Green Machine)

68th min Raiders bomb a try, CNK fails to take a Croker pass. Ends with a FORCED LINE DROP OUT conceded by the Dragons.
TRY RAIDERS to Semi Valemei in the corner! The left edge passing superb. Croker superb conversion from the sideline.
Raiders 36-8

Re: 2020 Rd 18 V Dragons: Game Day
Agree pig. Huddy keeps improving.
The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.
If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

Gotta be happy with the improvement this half.

Great games from Jack, Hudson-Young and Tapine. Semi after a horrid start came good as well.
It's a simple game; tackle, back-up, pass, hold the ball! What did I say? "Hold the bloody ball!!"

Hudson developing really nicely. The way we are using him in attack has a bit of Victor Radley about it. He's got good soft hands and runs a good line. If we can get him fit enough to get up and back each time he will also be available as the extra support runner through the middle on many plays. Fingers crossed for big future.

Re: 2020 Rd 18 V Dragons: Game Day
We need to sort these first halves out though
All well and good to be a strong second half team but the games can be over starting the way we do against good teams

We've upgraded from the 7-11 to the Sizzler
Re: 2020 Rd 18 V Dragons: Game Day
Dragons are **** awful. That opening 20 from us was a near travesty, letting them get on top like that
Re: 2020 Rd 18 V Dragons: Game Day
Not the whole story, but part of it is that Havili has not recently been playing at hooker in the 1st halves

Yikes. Don't need George to make that effort at this time and put himself at risk of injury
