Drinky hasnt kicked on because he is playing with bums. Been playing next to a rookie BR. Became so bad, they moved Hess over. His centre hasnt done anything, and thats still their best attacking side.Finchy wrote: ↑July 14, 2020, 1:31 pmThere’s probably also a reason he didn’t replace Slater at Melbourne and hasnt kicked on since. Same with Ryley Jacks and Brodie Croft not being the Cronk replacements. If they were any good, Bellamy wouldn’t have let them go. Like Curtis Scott too.GreenMachine wrote: ↑July 14, 2020, 1:25 pm All opinions welcome but respectfully he’s far from the problem at NQ.
They bought Holmes opportunistically and threw out the plan they had for FB.
We could use ball players wider than one pass from the ruck and he’s got tonnes of improvement.
Watch his formative years, there’s a reason he was earmarked as Slaters replacement.
Jacks was always a bit part guy.
Croft is a much better player than anyone gives credit too. Smith didnt like him, so avoided him at Storm. Thats why he left. Brodie was given the captaincy when he arrived at Bronx. He was the main reason those 1st 2 Rds the Bronx killed it. He is one of the reasons they arent losing by more atm. Bronx problems start with Boyd, continue with Milf, throw in Seibold losing the dressing room and add in a massive injury toll.
As for Scott... nope, still raw
