Son, we live in a world that has forums, and those forums have to be guarded by Mods. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Nickman? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Lucy, and you curse GE. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know -- that GE’s moderation, while tragic, probably saved lives; and my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, keeps threads on track and under the appropriately sized, highlighted green headings.
You want moderation because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that forum -- you need me on that forum. We use words like "stay on topic," "use the appropriate forum," "please delete." We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very moderation that I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you get a green handle and edit a post. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think about moderation.

Timoko is likely development according to today’s press.

That was the latest official list:

I'm not sure why we didn't just sign addo-carr over Scott.. a deal most likely would of got done if we threw our hat in the ring seeing as he almost signed elsewhere for 2020 and is almost certain to move on at the end of the year.
He is the best winger in the comp and would of provided a bit of fun around the squad after losing the larrikins leipana. We could of lined up like this..

1. CNK
2. Bailey
3. Toots
4. Cotric
5. Addo-Carr

You could argue Cotric is not good enough at centre but he is more than serviceable there and will only get better with age.. alongside Addo-carr he would have been deadly and Carr would of provided a bit of extra sheer speed.

Scottric obviously has potential, but food for thought..

Yes it is horrible but a good footy player would be on good coin to buy a decent place in Sydney

Even then, what would say a million get you? A broken down shack from 1922? Hard pass for me, to get something decent in Sydney you would have to spend at least 3 mil I'm assuming. Sure nrl players can afford that but still not worth wasting your life for.

Sydney would be an awesome place to live if you were a high-profile footy player on good coin getting all the perks they do. And I'm sure JAC will be lucky enough to find a very nice pad for a surprisingly good value price from a real estate guy his new club introduces him to.

Id move back there in a heartbeat if i could afford to live in the area i'd want to be in. And JAC can probably do exactly that.

Lol what are you lot on about. In general, Sydney is a great city to live in.

$3m+ for a "decent" place? There are many other areas other than Rose Bay to live in.

Imagine buying a place in Sydney for 3 mill when you could live near the beach in Wollongong. I think the furthest you could be from a beach is 20 - 30 minutes max.

Isn't Wollongong just as expensive?

My mum owns a nice 2 bedroom apartment in Sutherland, with a large terrace. She is close to shops and public transport and not all that far from the beach. It's probably worth between 700k and 800k.

People these days seem to want their dream home in a perfect location for their first property. It's unrealistic.

Yep. I'm in an 8th floor penthouse with city and water views. Close to train, shops and schools. 10mins from Cronulla beaches.
Less than half that. A lot less.
