Ikavalu 2019 was very ordinary but looked much improved 2020, I couldn't spend my cash on him over current prospects at the club

Ikuvalu is 28 next year. Plodder status - definitely not a prospect. Tuipulotu is 20 with potential. They're in two different categories...

There you go. I had no idea he was 28. Looked OK from what I saw in that game.

Who was that Australian player in Super League that everyone always wanted to sign for the Raiders again?
John Folau?
It was a half. Australian playing in England. Every year it was we should get ... went on for years.

From memory Henry was a classic running 5/8th and Robbie was a stocky, solid hooker. But i dont think Elliot ever coached Robbie
Now I'm in a happy place - a coue of Bradford legends.

Henry was an incredible player. Had absolutely everything. He would have been a star wherever he played. Big loss when he went to union.

Robbie played mostly as a half, but he never quite nailed down a place. Defence wasn't quite good enough for full back or hooker and he couldn't run a game at half.

Had an electric, elusive running game, though. He was well suited to SL and might have struggled in the NRL.

Yeah its a shame for us here in Aus (and great for the ESL) that Henry Paul never tested himself in the NRL. I think he would have more than held his own and been better appreciated for the player he was.

John Folau signed a one year deal with Blacktown Sea Eagles (the affiliate, not the Manly Sea Eagles) for 2020: https://www.foxsports.com.au/nrl/john-f ... 4f6723a5e7

So, nothing by the looks.

These guys aren’t doing anything either... though Benji apparently has an offer to go to England.

He's been taken off the Sea Eagles website so he's going somewhere. He's big but not real fast, not sure if we need him with Simo, Semi and Elijah Anderson all in the "young winger" category.

Brendan Elliot would be a good cheap pickup for a club. We don’t need him with us having Rapana. But I think he’s a very decent back up outside back in the Michael Oldfield mould.

I've only seen a little bit of him but if he's $130K and we have the room, I don't think it hurts to have another 19 year-old with a few NRL games under his belt.

The source is “personal sources” of Clarkey’s Column. It could right... but I’d be taking it with a grain of salt.

If Albert signed then between him, James and Hodgson there's 6 acl injuries.

Thought he looked pretty average in the few games he played. Would rather see HSS, Timoko, BS or even Kris

Yeah im with julian on this. I like kicking the tyres of young, super talented kids
He's got injury history and you'd have to say his odds arent great at panning out right now, but for the minimum salary, it's genuine talent in the outside backs, which we could use.

Hull FC is the team offering Benji a deal...

According to Fox, the NRL has still not finalised the salary cap for 2021 or squad numbers!

the wraps were before he did his acl twice. Came back and looks slower than his brother.
Manly tried loaning him off to the warriors even when their backline was completely busted which says to me they don't think much of him.

Because Mansour once visited our facilities and didn't sign with us. The coward! Some posters still begrudge him the right to ever hypothetically sign with us to this day.

I think that's the reference.

Apparently, they let him sign with the warriors but then suli got injured and then they changed their mind. Ended playing 5 first grade games for them but i get the feeling he was pretty dirty at how they treated him. As much as his old man grates me, id be happy to sign him on circa 100k. There is a wing spot for the taking

Hoppa has plenty of competition for a wing spot.

Rapana, Semi, and Old Bailey for starters..

So $650k for Cotric, $700k for DWZ and $500k for JAC.

That's $1.85mill for three wingers.

Hopoate is coming into the last year of his contract as well, that's a tidy $800-900k a season.

Who are the Bulldogs halves next season? No point have elite backs if there's no one to deliver the ball to them.
