Sure for a referee.

There should be no way in hell you get the ball back if it hits your trainer! Especially denying your opposition an attacking opportunity.

One of the worst rulings I have ever seen.
It's the rule but surely one that will change during the off-season.
Yes, I imagine it will.

Other than verills try it's been very good

Made metres a bit to easy early on as well, but that seems to have been nullified.

HALF TIME

After some bad luck and questionable calls, the Raiders were left to weather a challenging first 20 minutes, and could easily have broken wide apart. Determined, even brutal defence has kept them in touch with the Roosters, and a moment of brilliance from Wighton, drawn from a base of strong running from the forward pack, drew them to within two points at the break.

All the stats are with the Roosters at half time, but the Raiders will have gone into the sheds absolutely confident in their ability to win this game.

Make no mistake - the Raiders are right in this with 40 minutes to go.

Tedesco has done nothing and that worries me. He won’t be quiet for 80 minutes. Need to watch him like a hawk. I’m liking this a lot.

What about the ridiculous grin on the trainer's face? Absolute turnip

How in the hell that a ball hitting a Rorter's trainer results in a Rorters feed and subsequent try?
It's a simple game; tackle, back-up, pass, hold the ball! What did I say? "Hold the bloody ball!!"

Yep absolutely. He popped up once and looked dangerous.

Roosters haven’t thrown a lot at us, they have another couple of gears in them which we need to keep at bay.

If we can get that 'drive them back' defence going in the second half, we got this. Chooks had a lot of possession and we need to make them pay when they have the ball. Very proud of the Raiders once the nerves settled.
GO RAIDERS.

It's called a mutual infringement. Attacking team (team whose try line is in the same half as the infringement) gets the loose head and feed.

Is that the rule though? Teams could just pass the ball into their own trainer every time they want another set of 6.

I agree. I can't sit still, I need a drink every fifteen seconds if I do.

There is a feeling the the Roosters stars have not been able to make an impression thus far, and they have not , we now need to play what we have trained for and bring this home !

50th min PENALTY GOAL RAIDERS to Jarrod Croker.

Croker lines up for the penalty, right in front...

And it's there! Scores are tied

Shut up Channel 9. "How could you see it?" Well , the refs clearly did, or they wouldn't have gone to the video ref.
