Anyone going to Campbelltown after the game?

WHAT A LONG STRANGE TRIP IT'S BEEN
Re: Canberra Raiders fans unite for the Grand Final!
It's strange. They always used to come back to the Leagues Club which I know has changed but we have clubs they could come back to. Also i've been grossly disappointed at the GF t-shirts with the cartoon on front and slogan on the back. These are treasures that are timeless.
There is a massive Raiders party at the top pub at QBN on Monday. Ricky might get around something out there or QBN Leagues on Monday.
We continue to **** about with blokes that are part of some fraternity. It's infuriating.

Re: Canberra Raiders fans unite for the Grand Final!
I was at the Brewery tonight and it's as I remember it. Not a venue that could possibly hold anywhere near 3000 people lol ****
Re: Canberra Raiders fans unite for the Grand Final!
Cracked me first one at this venue.
This place is woke.

I can confirm this has now been locked inWoodgers wrote: ↑October 5, 2019, 1:44 amThere is a vicious rumour circulating that if we get up you and Katie are hosting a BBQ/party for all the old timers next weekend. We are one of the couples, and our kids are some of the kids woodgers spoke of that wouldnt exsist without this club. My wife and i met in the Raiders Army, but having young kids means we dont get to spend quality time with each other the way we used to, so we'll be using the day to have a bit of day out the way we used to, whilst i'd love to catch up with a bunch of people... the idea of being crammed into one of 2 venues and waiting 30 minutes for a drink and screaming over each other to say g'day... that's not for me
We plan to hang in the city most the day, head out to the precinct around 5:30-6pm, catch up with people if we can get into the venues and if not... hopefully we'll run into a few familar faces as we line the fences to celebrate afterwoods.
What a ride it has been, I've also been fortunate to make some life wonderful friends thanks to think club, even flew to Tahiti one year for some ****'s wedding.!
Hopefully I'll catch up with some people I haven't seen in many years today.

The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.
If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.
