I emailed them earlier in the week about it. They said that website only works for ticketed members. Non ticketed members will receive another email by 1pm Monday.

That's why I was checking in to see if any non ticketed members had recieved a code yet. Neither Lui nor myself have recieved an email, so I suspect they are yet to be sent.

I called the Raiders and she gave me my code, but:

We might be getting new ones! The NRL may be sending out new codes on Sunday. She wasn't sure as apparently the NRL haven't confirmed yet.
