My year 12 son has a graduation lunch on at 12 noon in Sydney’s northern suburbs which finishes around 3.30...I then have to drive home before leaving for Canberra stadium and trying to get there by 7.15 pm, park and get into stadium...
The frantic drive and looking for parking before the game starts is more daunting than the actual game itself ..

Re: 2019 Preliminary Final V Rabbitohs: Teams and Previews
if you were to choose a game Raiders played this year, and you want them to come out that way come friday what game will be, mine is 28-0 over Tigers. 1st 20 mins is soooooo important, God I hope we win
Re: 2019 Preliminary Final V Rabbitohs: Teams and Previews
Still can't believe they aren't opening the gates until 6pm. They are going to have 10-15k of people trying to enter the stadium at the same time.
I know I will be leaving home at 5pm. Don't want another repeat of the 2016 round 23 game against the Melbourne storm where I didn't end up getting to my seat till half time due to traffic and not being able to find a carpark.

I think Guler is a fine prospect but I honestly see far more value in playing Ryan Sutton this week. A game full of Poms on both teams in a big match in front of their National Coach - this game is made for him with his big game experience.

Yes, this team has a history of making nobody's look good.CJ42 wrote:am i being over confident when i say their only two worrying players are cook and murray?
Tbh we could be 25-0 in the regular season and I'd be worried.. that's how scarred I am by some of our efforts

Good looking line up. Wow, only 2 fringe 1st graders unavailable at this time of time. Well done to the training staff.

You need luck to win a competition, as well as a nice run without injuries.
One can only hope that things are lining up for us.
Hump day tomorrow - then it's downhill.

Re: 2019 Preliminary Final V Rabbitohs: Teams and Previews
Sutton is a bonafide plodder riding the coat tails of the other successful English and Guler is a better player imo. Glad Sticky made the call though I doubted he would do it

Re: 2019 Preliminary Final V Rabbitohs: Teams and Previews
Harsh on Sutton IMO. I think well see the best of him next season.
I like Guler and enjoy how he has forced his way into the team. I think his potential is huge.
Red Horse has been a revelation and will feature for QLD sooner rather than later if he keeps on this trajectory.
Re: 2019 Preliminary Final V Rabbitohs: Teams and Previews
I thought sutton was quality after he moved to 13. Tapine is another level though.GreenMachine wrote: ↑September 24, 2019, 5:01 pmHarsh on Sutton IMO. I think well see the best of him next season.

So technically they start Monday but if course every family and their dog is going to be on the road Friday afternoon.Azza wrote: ↑September 24, 2019, 5:10 pmStrange - they are gazetted for 30 September.
