'They can win it': How the Canberra Raiders silenced their critics in NRL push

Little could Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad have imagined he would one day emerge as the face of a Green Machine revival as he battled to earn a first grade call-up deep in the heart of Auckland. But ask premiership-winning five-eighth Ben Ikin and that is just what the unheralded custodian has become.

NRL: Canberra Raiders' rise could spark a free-to-air television boost

The Brisbane Broncos have played more than 200 games on free-to-air television since 2008. Canberra Raiders Papa wary of DCE's lead role in top-four charge

Forget the Trbojevic brothers. Josh Papalii has seen first hand how Daly Cherry-Evans pulls the strings and is wary of his State of Origin captain driving Manly to a win in Canberra.

"I really fancy him as a captain. What he did away from the field in Origin reminded me of Cameron Smith," Papalii said.
