I suspect you are probably correct but I find that graphic very interesting. Speaks volumes for team chemistry. No doubt why boozy bonding sessions were such a part of Origin preparation in the past. I recall in 2016 the raiders golden run coincided with Ricky putting them in a hotel together before big home games. Blake Austin is clearly a good player given recent performance but I get the sense he may not have been the best for team chemistry last year (pure speculation and observation). It’s the element that makes threads like this impossible from the outside- you can make the best logical argument in the world why it makes sense that Simo take over from Raps but without insight around the impact either players has on team culture and chemistry we are picking sides based on half a story.

Haha I genuinely don’t think that’s a very good correlation on that graph if you take the Storm out of it, who would be good no matter how many players they’ve turned over
In my line of work, that sort of regression is what I call a “splattergram”
