Agreed as well, it should have always only been for long kicks... No 7 tackle sets for catching the ball in goal or nearly getting a try, why punish trying to get what we all want to see (tries)?

We should also piss of kicks for touch with penalties... Just make them a tap and a reset of the tackle count instead.
