Let’s not jump the gun here
It’ll emerge tomorrow that we had 14 men on the field or something
We’ll find a way to lose this

How on earth do we quantify that win? Is it an endorsement of Ricky after he copped some heat this week?
Or is it further proof of how much he has squandered the last 2 seasons?

Is Tarpine in any trouble for the kick?. I'm sure Mitchell hacked his leg before he lashed out

Can check the replay but I’m pretty sure Victor enters the field of play at the start of the second half.Pigman wrote:Let’s not jump the gun here

Yep. He's a dirty squishy faced grub
The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.
If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

Haven't heard on any trouble in these parts. Manila airport was closed yesterday for 24 hrs when a Chinese airliner slid off the runaway. Thankfully, no loss of life or significant injuries.Johno wrote: ↑August 19, 2018, 6:09 pmGreen Taipan wrote: ↑August 19, 2018, 6:00 pm Ha ha; I couldn't see them winning any more games this year so gave my pass to a mate and took off to Cebu. Didn't even try to find a venue to watch as I was sure we were on a hiding to nothing. Just hope this and any other wins in the remaining games isn't used to mask the absolute shambles this season is.
Be careful mate, I think I saw a warning as trouble on Mactan, a resort or something, stay safe
It's a simple game; tackle, back-up, pass, hold the ball! What did I say? "Hold the bloody ball!!"

I nearly erupted when Austin placed that kick.
But yeah PJ, there was some confusion over the tackle count

Austin showed on more than one occasion today he really is a selfish player. He was lucky when he was taken over the sideline that there was an earlier indescretion. Thanks Blake. Good luck elsewhere

The difference today was we held onto the ball. Our game management is still horrific.

I was waiting for us to be bent over that whole 2nd half..
Somehow..and I'm still trying to soak it in..we hung on.

The positive out of today is Guler got on the field early and got a good stint. If only Murchie was offered the same on his debut

Yeah, 94% completion must be close to an all time record for us.
