Totally agree, stubborn Stuart won't drop or make changes. If any it will be injuries. He has no idea how to take the team to the next level.

There is no chance in hell Stuart would move players around like Croker to the wing. Also Stuart will not bring in Bambling.
Can't use Hodgo till round 18+. Havalii at 14 ?

It will be the same team as last week. Stuart will try Sezer at Hooker again.
Stuart will stuff up the bench management.
Stuart is to stubborn and arrogant to make huge changes that would work. Cows like smash up by 30+

He can’t bring in Bambling. He’s a development player.

12. Papilii (only as Whitehead will be suspended)
13. Lui

14. Garvey
15. Murchie
16. Solilia
17. Knight

Out: Austin, Bateman, Whitehead (suspended).

Wighton is borderline for me. I have no trust with him under the high ball still, caught out of position regularly and his back line shifts are becoming a joke. He needs to learn to straighten instead of crowding his outside backs. Anyone know how Abbey is going in Mounties?

Also the first 20 minutes of every game is pretty much dictating the outcome this year. We need to start with Boyd and Paulo together to get the team rolling forward.

Due to the state of our season, time to start giving Murchie and Knight regular minutes in FG.

There is no chance in hell Stuart will make mass changes he is too stubborn. it'll be the same team with players in the same position.
Stuart just hopes things will change. Stuart said at PC it's not an attitude thing ... I think it is just watch how we retreat in defense all the time gone is the line speed. These players have been spoiled for too long and it looks like Stuart is mothering them yet again.

Your 100% right. Stuart doesn’t put it down to attitude, effort, skill level or fitness. He just believes we get outplayed now and so this team will stay no doubt and unfortunately we will come up against better teams than us and get out played and that is that.

I don't even think we have a defensive coach I believe Stuart just does it himself.
The teams a mess.

It's his responsibility to come up with the plans to stop this **** from happening. Instead, he pulls our only hooker from the field for no **** reason and puts Boyd on once the game is lost. What the actual ****?
People should write to the Club asking to sack Stuart ASAP !!

Paulo can **** off to the eels. Austin can **** off to whoever will have him. Both of them are among the worst if not the worst defenders in their respective position and defence is our biggest issue. Neither player is 100% committed and neither player is performing anywhere near their best.
But Stuart keeps picking them

It was obvious they weren't switched on, and by the time they managed to get back in the fight it was 24-6

Not with that attitude you can't!
Gina Riley: Oh, come on, John. That’s a bit old hat, the corrupt IOC delegate.
John Clarke: Old hat? Gina, in the scientific world when they see that something is happening again and again and again, repeatedly, they don’t call it old hat. They call it a pattern.

Erin Molan said that Sterlo would be her Sunday Footy Show stand in host while she has the baby. Most thought JC got a rough sin bin deal except for Freddie who said he 'backed the refs'. I think this was with an eye to the SOO series.

My team for the Cowboys: Jack, Nick, JC, BJ, Rapa, Sezer, Hingano, Paulo, Havili, Sia, Whitehead, Tapine, Bateman, Garvey, Papali, Boyd, Lui.
GE, I was out last night at a pub and saw Sticky being interviewed by Matty Johns. Unfortunately I couldn't get close enough to hear what was being said. Not sure if the Matty Johns show is replayed but hopefully it can be so you can watch it.

Love your selected side PJ. It has Canberra Raiders 'family connections' all over it. Most of mine will have to be there in spirit only but they were a plucky bunch and many of the Raiders players could use an injection of pluck. Except Joe Tapine - he has pluck by the truckload.

what about if we punted Austin? we'd then have a spot open in the top 30 wouldn't we? and then i'd assume we could bring in either a development player or a new signing in to our main squad?

Canberra Raiders Joe Tapine says kickers don't need to be targeted

Canberra Raiders forward Joe Tapine said high tackles on kickers are simply "not needed" in the game after having come to the aid of teammate Aidan Sezer in their 20-point loss to the South Sydney on Saturday.

"I just saw one of the boys get head-highed and I thought I'd let him know it wasn't alright," Tapine said. "It's annoying when you see one of the boys get hit like that, it's not really needed."
