Hey Matt.
Tim and I are both pretty busy and have young kids so we'll probably do one every two weeks.

First time listener, was a great show. I am also keen to get the good Bateman (John) to the club, not sure about the English halves but as long as they can tackle and are happy for Sezer to lead the show then they are already an improvement! I liked the reminder of the talent we are keeping in the club, if we get rid of the deadwood and sign some committed and talented players we might be alright. Also agreed about Smelly, he really is a great player :)

In an exciting Blake and The Pork exclusive we'll be conducting our first player interview this weekend.
It's with our inspirational dummy half, Josh Hodgson and we want you guys to ask the questions!
Please send them through. Nothing too stupid or offensive as we don't want the Pork to lose his media credentials!

There are rumours the Raiders are chasing Bateman, Sutton and Gail from England, do you know much about them and would you like to see them in green? And/or what’s the most frustrating part of the recovery: watching the boys lose and wishing you could be helping out, or missing out on the wins?

During your recovery you've had a lot of time to be involved with the coaching and support side of things. Do you see yourself coaching first grade in the future?

Do you miss pommy beer?

As the dad of a new girl, would love to know what he found harder, boy or girl?

Also, does his parenting style change? Rough and tumble with George? Vs 'Daddys little princess'?

And of course, like all dads of girls, did he do shotgun research? :P

Is Matt Johns as big a dick in person as he seems on TV?
Gina Riley: Oh, come on, John. That’s a bit old hat, the corrupt IOC delegate.
John Clarke: Old hat? Gina, in the scientific world when they see that something is happening again and again and again, repeatedly, they don’t call it old hat. They call it a pattern.

Both Havili and Garvey are killing it at the moment. Do you feel like your advice and coaching has improved their game?

Also, what role do you see Havili playing once you return from injury? :)

We tackle all the big issues, including the signing of Ryan Sutton, the team's chance of making the 8 and which Raider's player had the greatest ever mullet.

Cheers Matt!

I think he was referring to Papalii and or Bateman.

I don’t think Ricky has any other rabbits to pull out of his hat.
