Kumuls coach Michael Marum urges players to invest in a home

Former Kumul Kato Ottio has left behind a legacy for rugby league players in Papua New Guinea to follow. His dream of building a house for his mother came to fruition a year after his passing.

The four-bedroom house was built through assistance of funds from NRL-based club Canberra Raiders. The interior view of the house was fully painted in Canberra Raiders colors including a signed jersey by the players and also photo frames of his playing career.

Was just watching a PNG test the other day with him in it. He was a great player, a hard runner of the ball. Cant believe he passed away so young.
