Where are you hearing that?

If that is the case we need to ask the English medical team a few hard questions

Did he do it the first instant or did he do his ACL because they kept him on?

He can leave camp now and get our guys onto it .....

Have to keep Baptiste now, which means BJ is out.

Surely we need to offer a lifeline to someone out there on the scrap heap as well. Tell Carney if he is up for the challenge of turning himself into a hooker he can have minimum wage.

Maybe we should keep this a bit quieter , guessing the club doesn't want it out yet and hodgo may want to /need to speak to his family and friends about it....

Todd's going to defend the middle?

We hand the keys to Baptiste and Garvey, two pretty good covers. Will give the halves the chance to see all the ball they want and see once and for all if they can lift their game given more responsibility.

Hodgo's just about our best player but hooker is one position we currently have FG standard replacements.

The club has made its position clear on TC
It’s not going to happen

Looking at August at the absolute earliest. Plus then there is match fitness...

I don’t think we’re seeing him in 2018 if reports are true

He should retire for a year and work as a highly paid assistant coach then.

Seriously we are cursed.

Maybe we'll get some cap space by moving on someone other than Baptiste and we'll be able to pick up another depth player for the Spine.

Not sure who is around. Has Mitch Rein got a contract? Travis Waddell is off contract :roflmao

Sandor Earl did his ACL a week or so ago and the report I read said he would be out for the whole year.

McCullough is supposed to be a chance for rd 1 and he did his in August. Maybe it depends on the grade.

Fears Canberra Raiders hooker Josh Hodgson has damaged ACL

There are fears that England hooker Josh Hodgson will require a knee reconstruction and miss the early rounds of the 2018 season.

The full extent of the injury won’t be known until tests later today but WWOS has learned that the England camp is concerned that Hodgson may have torn his ACL. Hodgson could miss as much as half of the new season if he undergoes the knife in coming days.

They will know if he’s done the ACL and they probably have a fair idea on the grading too.

Shirley there is cap relief for long term injuries, I’m sure I’ve read that before. Hopefully we can keep Kurt now.

Mansour did his this time last year and was back exactly 7 months (plus 1 day). So that's looking like start of August for Hodgson.

Either way this is ******

I don't think you get relief on the cap, you are just able to promote a second tier player. Not sure under the new cap.

They would also have to rule him out for the whole year which they may not want to do.

Hear that?

That was the sound of Baptiste being frantically un-released.

Son, we live in a world that has forums, and those forums have to be guarded by Mods. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Nickman? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Lucy, and you curse GE. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know -- that GE’s moderation, while tragic, probably saved lives; and my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, keeps threads on track and under the appropriately sized, highlighted green headings.
You want moderation because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that forum -- you need me on that forum. We use words like "stay on topic," "use the appropriate forum," "please delete." We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very moderation that I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you get a green handle and edit a post. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think about moderation.
