Same team that beat the Tigers
Gina Riley: Oh, come on, John. That’s a bit old hat, the corrupt IOC delegate.
John Clarke: Old hat? Gina, in the scientific world when they see that something is happening again and again and again, repeatedly, they don’t call it old hat. They call it a pattern.

I know they won't change a winning team but jeez I'd like to see Lima in there for Bateman.

Swap Priest for Bateman in the rotation. Give Bateman the 20 minute high intensity job and give Priest 20 minutes either side of half-time.

If you want high intensity Lima is the king.

Yep, I'm for giving Lima some last shots at NRL. Played like a man possessed who had no tomorrow last time. I'd like to see that again.

But he should wear white headgear.

The like Bateman meme is getting old he did his job well today. Led the defensive line speed made 31 tackles many of which he was first contact in. He made more metres than tapine from lest hit ups as well. He had one knock on a wet day. But some of you blokes carry on like he was a liability. I'm glad none of you coach

Son, we live in a world that has forums, and those forums have to be guarded by Mods. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Nickman? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Lucy, and you curse GE. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know -- that GE’s moderation, while tragic, probably saved lives; and my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, keeps threads on track and under the appropriately sized, highlighted green headings.
You want moderation because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that forum -- you need me on that forum. We use words like "stay on topic," "use the appropriate forum," "please delete." We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very moderation that I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you get a green handle and edit a post. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think about moderation.

I thought Bateman was solid today but I want to see Priest get more minutes. 21 isn't enough IMO.

Bateman got carved up around the ruck today, he doesn't usually though so I'm willing to write it off as a bad game

Was stoked to see DT get meaningful minutes. As usually he added something to the team in his time on the park

If Leilua is out do we move Rapana to centre and Oldfield to wing, or Whitehead to centre?

Has there been any word on Joey? Did Stuart mention his injury in the presser?

I think if he's only out a week or two Stuart might just move whitehead out there

Cotric probably is a better defender than Rapana, but if you move Cotric both wing / centres combinations become disrupted. Hopefully he's fit.

If BJ is injured I'd like to see Wighton to centre, Cotric to fullback and Oldfield to the wing.

They're saying nothing structural, just a knock. He didn't look good limping off field.

Yes this is the exact reason we brought in Oldfield. He has proven he can play at NRL level on the wing.

He either plays left wing with Cotric at right centre. Or he plays on the right and shuffles in and out of centre/wing with Rapana. Moving Whitehead after he's proven he is our best lock whilst keeping Oldfield in reserve grade would be absolute madness.
well, I guess you could say that I'm buy curious.

Cotric to centre Oldfield on the wing. If Whitehead gets put in the centres after we've just moved him to lock I'll be pretty disappointed.

I've been a very outspoken anti Bateman supporter this year and that hasn't changed. I can understand wanting to keep him in because of his defence but he is seriously so far from first grade standard in attack. We take a very, very big hit in attack when he replaces Paulo or Boyd. And now Whitehead is playing middle I don't think you can afford to carry that either.

+ 1 for Lima in for him.
well, I guess you could say that I'm buy curious.

haha agreed, it is '17 after all. Whitehead to centre and big Royce Hunt to the bench.

I've heard this about so many players who were kept in the side far too long. So which is the meme?

We really need BJ against the panthers, if unavailable then Rapana to centre and oldfield to winger. Other change, Bateman to Mounties and Lima in.
