Hbomb - poster child?

Post by dubby »

Seen the NRL grand final poster on NRL360, and thought I seen the raiders supporter as none other than our beloved hbomb?

The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.

If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

Surely you mean htom?
Gina Riley: Oh, come on, John. That’s a bit old hat, the corrupt IOC delegate.
John Clarke: Old hat? Gina, in the scientific world when they see that something is happening again and again and again, repeatedly, they don’t call it old hat. They call it a pattern.

I can tell you that the shark mascot is a pea hearted fan! Had given up on his team with 20 to go when we beat them. Could barely be classified as a fan!

Certainly nowhere near the heights of h-thomb!

A while back now, when we played that early round game against the Titans at Robina in 40 degree heat (and got thumped) I saw Nickman and what must have been other GH'ers. I kept quiet :opps .

Oh and after the panthers game next to the donut stand outside the stadium there was a group of people discussing going to the melbourne game.
Some guy was yelling "I've got this! I'll organize a bus hahaha." Was that anyone from the greenhouse? It had greenhouse written all over it.

Well I must say I don't blame you for not wanting to head over to Nickman. He sat behind us at the Sharks game and didn't even come and say gday once! He really, REALLY dogged the boys on this one. That's why I've banned him from the GH for a month.
