I was at a non footy function this morning and heaps of people approached me to talk about the impending finals, how excited they are and how they are going to attend any games held in Canberra. These are people who probably haven't gone to a live game in twenty years or more.
The moral of this story is....... If you want to go to a final at Bruce STadium, don't wait to get your tickets. The bandwagon is now jet propelled!

Michael Ennis in big trouble for that shoulder charge on Blake Green I reckon.

While its good for the club and boys to have this wave of support. Satisfaction levels will vary dramatically between the wave riders and the true fans who have endured a tumultuous last two decades....

Looks like this will be a Saturday night.

Sunday is usually an elimination final and Brisbane have to get their Friday night match..

I'm glad that this is a live game for both teams. Should be fantastic and I'm really looking forward to my first trip to leichardt.

If the raiders play to their potential then they should win but it will be a tough game and good preparation for the finals.

Think you're missing the sharks there

The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.

If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

I reckon Titans could pip the Broncos up there, although unlikely. Don't write Cowboys off either

Panthers I agree on

Will be week 3 as we will beat sharks at home !

Lots of assumptions there - (i) we win tomorrow; (ii) no Ennis; and (iii) Williams doesn't let in 5 tries

Go Raiders !

I just hope that grub Ennis is rubbed out in Week 1 and he gets no sympathy from the judiciary. He is certain to be charged but the Grub will fight it. Hope the Panel is not like the jury in OJ Simpson's case (or Ryan James / Tedesco)

You just cannot like Cronulla - Gallen, Fifita, Bird, Ennis .....

Just looked at replay of Ennis shoulder charge. He's gonski. No way he avoids a charge on that one.
