Celebrate the Test Match in Canberra with the Test Fan Day

Hundreds of dreams are set be realised next Tuesday when children from all over the ACT region are invited to meet their idols from the Australian and New Zealand Test sides and learn first-hand what makes them the best players in the world.

With the school holidays underway next week, parents are warmly encouraged to bring their children along to meet the stars of international rugby league in a FREE fun-filled afternoon at Stage 88, Commonwealth Park, Parkes (Canberra).

The Kangaroos and Kiwis will each be holding autograph sessions before the players and the NRL Development staff will put all the children in attendance through several skills clinics where they will learn to score tries like Billy Slater, step like Benji Marshall, kick like Jonathon Thurston and tackle like Sonny Bill Williams.

To keep in tune with the friendliness of the day, there will also be colouring in competitions with your favourite NRL players where children are able to add their name to the NRL’s Tackle Bullying Wall.

This is an entirely FREE event and open to EVERYONE so come along and rub shoulders with the greatest players in international rugby league before the Test Match on Friday 19 April at Canberra Stadium.
