2022 Memberships
2022 Memberships on sale from 8 November
The Canberra Raiders are excited to announce a new-look membership program for season 2022, with new packages, new names, and brand-new pack items.
In 2022 the Membership program will see the introduction of a brand-new seating category in the Bronze Terrace, where members can reserve their very own seat for the whole season, at the most affordable price. We have also released a brand-new Teen Pack for season 2022. This will ensure that Juniors and Teens receive packs tailor made for them and their interests.
Our Premium membership packages have received a makeover, with our previously known Platinum membership category now re-named to the Emerald Extra package. There are new look Away Flexi and Sofa Supporter memberships to cater to any member, anywhere.
On top of these new exciting packages, the Raiders will be producing a limited edition 2022 Members exclusive beanie for $25. Finally, an exciting addition to memberships in season 2022 will be the inclusion of the Digital Membership card.

Price comparison between 2021 and 2022 for adults
(obviously 2021 members get a compensation for 2022 and 2021 memberships were less the 2020 compensation)
Club 82 - $1380/$1650
Platinum / (now called) Emerald Extra - $630/$650
Premium / (now called) Platinum Grandstand = $345/$360
Gold Grandstand - $295/$310
Gold Inner - $260/$275
Silver Inner - $225/$240
Bronze GA - $180/$195
Bronze Terrace - N/A / $195

Re: 2022 Memberships
Fair price increase for Club 82 (now $1650 or $150 a game), but it now seems to now include a ticket to the season launch... which is probably about $150 worth. Only a payment of $1380 required after the refund. But it will be a fairly strong increase by the time 2023 comes around. Nice to get the player gear bag in the membership pack.

Is it just me, or does the 'teen' pack look better than the adult one?
I think I much prefer a water bottle to a calendar and lanyard.

I've been getting General admission the last few years but might go back to the inner bowl.

Re: 2022 Memberships
A bag isn’t enough to convince me to go round in C82 again. Was already going to drop it as it stopped making sense when I can’t go to all games, but the price rise is another nail in the coffin with that. The only benefit is being able to hide inside if it’s too cold!greeneyed wrote: ↑October 19, 2021, 4:03 pm Fair price increase for Club 82 (now $1650 or $150 a game), but it now seems to now include a ticket to the season launch... which is probably about $150 worth. It would be interesting to compare to saw nqld or newcastle other sort of similar ( less lucrative markets). IMO the average punter is earning a bit more in canberra then in townsville or newy.

Re: 2022 Memberships
Platinum Grandstand equivalent at Cowboys is $565. Must be noted that's a brand new premium facility. Regardless, $345 for season tickets in the best seats is about as cheap as you can get.papabear wrote: ↑October 20, 2021, 1:11 pmFor 11 games it doesnt look that bad.Billy Walker wrote: ↑October 19, 2021, 10:56 pmIs Hudson Young on the membership pricing committee this year? Re: 2022 Memberships
With the obvious exception of the Storm who are giving their members from the last two years a free membership next year, I would have thought the Raiders membership was probably the cheapest in the comp.Northern Raider wrote: ↑October 20, 2021, 1:25 pmPlatinum Grandstand equivalent at Cowboys is $565. You are comparing apples with oranges because different memberships include different amounts of home games and each venue is different but I would have thought ours was the most affordable.
Of course one could argue we provide the least hospitable ground for members in terms of faculties and the natural elements.
The Brumbies memberships are very affordable for 2022 as well, with most memberships cheaper than they were in 2009. A GA membership works out to $15 per game.

I'm not sure what you do if you're on an auto rollover. I've sent a message to the membership team asking.
