Did I say putrid ?

Terrible from the Tiges in 16.

I would have canned Mad Monday and had them back at Punt Rd flogging them half to death.
Start ya pre season now Tigers, you need it....
Pies not much better this year PJ .. horrible start to the season but Bucks turned it round a bit when everyone was convinced his time was up.

With Clokey leaving, Swanny, Tooves and McCaffer retiring they'll have a bit under the cap to negotiate.

Collingwood are the great underachievers since 2010 ... whereas clubs like Hawthorn, Geelong, Swans have kicked on Buckley has been a huge disappointment I'm afraid.

I had high hopes for them this season (much like Raiders) but they fell away pretty quickly.

.
No Dane Swan and Jamie Elliott pretty much gaurenteed the season was over before it begun.

^^^ DJ
Pies had a lot of injuries but I'm not convinced that was the reason for a poor season. Disposal has been and remained the biggest problem .. either too high, too wide, too low, too slow. When that is rectified they will once more compete.

John Clarke: Old hat? Gina, in the scientific world when they see that something is happening again and again and again, repeatedly, they don’t call it old hat. They call it a pattern.

Swans appear to be losing, from what I can tell. It seems a lot like watching under 8s soccer, though.

Why is it that every AFL game I watch (mostly GF's) looks more like an attack vs defence training session? Turned on at halftime and the biggest achievement of the half for the swans was getting it out of their defensive 50.

From memory last season's GF was similarly one-sided.

Just starting to watch this **** of a sport. What team should I bandwagon? I was born in Sydney but I don't want to be some Swans supporter because that is just boring and predictable.

What team are a bunch of losers but could come good this year or next few? Carlton seem like a nice bunch of kids, what about them?

GWS and the Bulldogs just played an absolute cracking game at Manuka.

McClure can only say "why was this Friday night fixture played here? It is cold. It should be at the MCG. The AFL stuffed up big time."

Just go back to the mess you call a club Carlton and whinge.

That was just heartbreaking last night. They kicked a goal with a minute to go to put them 8pts up but it was touched so just the behind was counted. Then from the restart GWS go upfield and kick the winner.

That's two weeks in a row now the Tiges have lost with the last kick of the game.

It's no excuse, just need to remain focused.....
