This reminds me of that terrible promo on rotation on Foxtel which tries to make Bowls look exciting.

I'd like to represent AUS at Comm Games one day..
But at my age it would have to be something very low impact.
Lawn bowls, trap/pistol shooting, archery..something that doesn't involve me moving too much.

Better than Milford?
Gina Riley : Oh, come on, John. That’s a bit old hat, the corrupt IOC delegate.
John Clarke : Old hat? Gina, in the scientific world when they see that something is happening again and again and again, repeatedly, they don’t call it old hat. They call it a pattern .

Not Australian unless she calls out all the 'fake friends' and 'haters' in the 'game'.

I went and watched the marathon. Fantastic effort by the Aussies with gold in both para marathons and the men's marathon, and silver in the women's.
Kurt Fernley, what a champion. An inspiring guy.
I really felt for the poor Scotsman who led the men's until he literally collapsed at the 40km mark. It's hot out there.

Along with Mick Fanning I have Kurt Fearnley up on a pedestal as true Aussie champions and great blokes. Both inspirational...

More parochial Queensland Bull. At Sydney they didn't crap on about NSW. Typical.
