How good is this Ledecky girl? She must have gills or something.. how can she be that much better than the worlds best??? Her stroke has to be the perfect swimming style - it looks effortless.

Even Singapore is winning gold medals in the pool now. Boy we have underperformed in the swimming. Again.

Watching women's soccer between Aus and Brazil .. bit like watching U10 boys.

I'm sure they'll cry for equal pay soon.

Both saves by Brazil were illegal .. keeper cannot jump off her line in a forward direction until the ball is struck .. the Brazilian keeper moved off her line every kick

They did very well. Penalty shootouts are literally a lottery.

Be nice if our Mens side could have actually qualified for the tournament..

Yea but Marko correct me if I'm wrong (which I know I'm not) there was no 'lottery' about those saves .. every attempt at a save by the Brazilian was illegal .. I was just waiting for the first actual save to be pulled up

Some of the earlier ones were beyond taking the piss and she was 4 was close to the 6 year box than she was her goal line.

No way the referee was going to call that in Brazil though.

She married a man named Mr Brennan and became Mrs Brennan.

What a fitting way to finish off the swim program in Rio
