Have to say, I thought it pretty funny that an Australian captaining the USA in the America's Cup, came back and beat NZ in San Francisco today!

The other thing I want to know... Bay 53 might help with this... how did they paint the big USA flag on the water near the finish line today?!

Haha, stupid sport, pretty clever though, apparently those boats can do 30 knots in 10 knots of wind.

30 years ago today, every Australian knew something about Sailing.

But seriously, the things used this morning wern't yachts!

the whole thing is rigged
some races were called off due to lack of wind
the kiwis actually won a race to clinch the cup but organisers said no because the boat finished outside the allotted time

everything that could go the Yanks way did...
