Stand up paddle boarding
Is there anyone here that is into it?
I used to surf quite a bit as a child, teenager and in my early twenties however time doesn't allow anymore.
I've been looking into purchasing a board, seems like a good fun sport/ activity to do with the young family...
Advice?

Re: Stand Up Paddle Boarding
I surf now, never had a go at SUP boarding but I'd like a try also.
From what I have heard its quite difficult and one hell of a core work out.
I'd recommend practising in a river or lake before having a go on waves.

I've finally taken the plunge and purchased 2 boards (one for the wife and myself).
Can't wait to get in the water and enjoy this beautiful county of ours

I think I might try and get into this paddling game myself. A good paddle every morning before work sounds like a great start to he day.

Re: Stand up paddle boarding
I was thinking of a different sort of paddling. Besides the todd river has flowed at least once in the last 5 years, I'll be ready when it does again!
