Nick Kyrios quickly becoming the Chaz Michael Michaels of tennis.
What a complete goose he is. Why are a large portion of the tennis players coming out of Oz such douchebags?

Re: The Tennis Thread
The guy needs someone real good to handle his PR and image properly, it's starting to get out of control for him. It'd be so tough being his age and having everyone come down on you, there's no way he's mature enough to deal with it properly.
Think his brother is proving to be a cancer, just hanging off him for no good reason and only compounding his problems. The sooner Nick puts him to the side and keeps a bit more distance the better.

Re: The Tennis Thread
I thought the sledge was fair game.
TBH i think all sledging is fair game, like mcenroe though I can't cope it when players give up.
Honestly, the way the media carried on about it, its like Wawrinka who has made a gillion dollars of the public needs to be treated like a god and anything said that sounds poor about him is blasphemy.
I hope krygios kills it

Re: The Tennis Thread
Kyrgios has the first set, and just breaks back, so the second set is on service.
Re: The Tennis Thread
Kyrgios takes the second set 7-5
Re: The Tennis Thread
Kyrgios breaks early in the third set, some amazing points in the second game.
And all of a sudden he's leading 3-0 in the third.

Re: The Tennis Thread
I like how this match fixing thing has been done by the BBC and Buzzfeed news. I doubt it's true literally just because Buzzfeed is not a **** news website. It's a **** quiz website full of nostalgic memes of the 90's from 20 year olds.
Re: The Tennis Thread
With the amount of tennis being played there's no way there isn't some sort of fixing going on, especially on lower tier events.
I think people would be more surprised if top players were involved.
btw interesting piece on some matches involving Verdasco.

Re: The Tennis Thread
Hewitt wins the first set 7-6 in a tie break, after earlier serving for the set, only to suffer a break back.

The Hewitt hate bandwagon are hilarious. You're about a decade too late
