The UFC is for blokes who don't have the athletic ability to make it in professional boxing.
Besides, watching blokes rolling around on the ground grappling with each other isn't my thing.
For those who may be interested, Junior Tszyu's next fight is on the Mundine-Green undercard.
Can't say I've got any interest in the main event, but wouldn't mind getting a first look at Junior Tszyu as a professional.

Hence why I dislike comparing the two, brings out the trolling on both sides.

I wasn't stupid enough to watch or pay attention to the Bernard Hopkins fight.
Boxing is a world of hurt. It's been that way for the 30 years I've followed it.
It's like a cockroach though. You can't kill it off.
And it only takes one good one to rekindle interest. As the Kiwis are discovering.
Yeah look I don't pretend to like or know boxing, or any other combat sport TBH
I watch the manny v floyd fight and before that the Mundine v Green fiasco a decade ago.
But I saw the footage of the Hopkins thing and I saw a 52 year old man being beaten half to death and knocked clean out of the ring by a man half his age and well above his level (which is understandable given he's now fifty **** two haha)
I know boxing is struggling big time and the UFC is going to swallow it whole if boxing doesn't pick up its act, and that was an ugly look for boxing
I grew up on jeff fenech and then kostya tszyu and ufc just doesn't do it for me.
You could see early Green was pretty limited and mundine, despite his rubber band being snapped, i think when he knocked out timo masua that scared him that he could do such damage never saw him throw power again.
For a heavyweight Lennox Lewis just had way to much class for a brawler like tyson but for pure boxing insanity i don't think tyson can be rivalled.
Both tzsyu boys fight, look forward to seeing what they can bring.

Putrid display
Agree, both "boxers" looked atrocious.
I thought Mundine had won but stoked I was wrong, look forward to his whinging

Mayweather vs McGregor is actually going to happen... amazing.
The fact McGregor willed it into existence is an impressive accomplishment, it'll be down right epic if he can make the fight legitimately competitive.
The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.
If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

That would be the greatest sporting spectacle ever witnessed! A coin flip to decide which guy has to get the **** beat out of him to earn his $100 million, probably fairer then this match will be.
Haha it's going to shatter every ppv record currently on file
And you're right, it's a testament to how stupid people are
I'll say I won't watch but that's almost certainly not true, I'll likely load up BIG on Mayweather by points, which means I'll watch
But only if it's at a pub, won't be buying the fight that's for sure
I probably know less about boxing than you PM, but I think essentially McGregor is essentially going to pick up $100m to get his *** handed to him.
Fair play to him, I'd do it if I could
Feel free to call me RickyRicky StickStick if you like. I will also accept Super Fui, King Brad, Kid Dynamite, Chocolate-Thunda... or Brad.

Testament to how many stupid people there are in the world.
Won't be watching.
Does it really matter?
The debate and build up so far have been entertaining and the upcoming trash talk will be a treat.
Add a punchers chance at fairytale ending even the Grimm brothers couldn't think up and it's enough for me to figure I might as well enjoy the ride and hope for the best.

I don't think he has any chance but to those who do, enjoy.

Well at least enjoy how annoyed diehard boxing fans are, it's hilarious.
The biggest match since Mayweather and Pacman decided they were so far past their prime that they might as well fight, will be between a 40yr old retired boxer and someone who has never fought under boxing rules... still, it's better than watching a Klitschko bore both fighters and fans into submission.

Speaking of Pacman, I really fear for Horns health.

He does get hit often and has a bit of a brawling style which I'm not sure will bode well against Pacman, but I haven't watched Pacman fight since Floyd and I don't think he's actually stopped an opponent in some time so maybe father times effects are taking hold.
Should still be an entertaining fight and with the added bonus (for me at least) of Tim "My father is a legend" Tszyu on the undercard.
