Have you seen Kaka play lately? 'Explosive' and 'Kaka' don't belong in the same sentence. United need a midfielder that can tackle and protect the backline, they've got more playmakers and wingers than you can poke a stick at.

Yeah it is a bit rich for them to complain but **** that was a horrendous decision. I wouldn't even give a yellow for that. Michael Jackson was trying to control the ball, he didn't even know the defender was there. Waist high foot with no intent? Foul and a warning.

One thing I will add is that just because Man U were up 1-0 when he was sent off, doesn't mean they were going to hold them. Man U were sitting deeper and RM were pressing more, I always felt they would have nicked one which would have been evens Stevens and anything could have happened from there.

Interesting that the player who Purplenose should have bought a million times over, Modric, comes on and basically bosses the match in just 20 minutes. Meanwhile Carrick and Cleverly are chasing tails all day and not doing a whole lot.
We continue to **** about with blokes that are part of some fraternity. It's infuriating.

From Ferguson's own mouth after Fulham were robbed against United and denied a stone-wall penalty to Danny Murphy in injury time:

"It was a good claim but City could have had a penalty against them at Stoke for a foul by Gareth Barry. Every club gets breaks here and there, you get good ones and bad ones. It evens itself out over the season, that will never change."

Suck it. Just suck it.

Yeah I already saw that mate. I said to the guy that sent it to me that comparing 3 points against Fulham to a CL QTR vs Madrid is hardly apples and apples.

Anyway, my pick at the start was Dortmund so i'm still looking ok.

Of course not, but it's the principle - I think even Man Utd supporters would concede that they get more than their fair share of good calls from the refs (especially Howard Webb), and every time it happens, Fergie just basically tells everyone to go eat a dick.

So, on this occasion, Fergie - go eat a EDIT

I seriously don't think it's all doom and gloom yet. We've had a poor loss against City but they've had bad losses to Cardiff and Villa (in terms if dropping points) and we played terribly against WBA at home. We've also played Chelsea and Liverpool so hopefully we'll start picking up wins and gaining some confidence over the next month before we play Arsenal.

Our midfield just looks a step behind, it's really frustrating to watch. We really **** up in the window yet Kagawa still can't get a look in. Moyes being a bit stubborn.

Still I like him as a manager and I hope there isn't a knee jerk reaction to some poor results.
"Look sorry if that came across wrong, I was just referring to the jokes we were making about all the desperate guys who chase you. Hope to catch up some time, but if not best of luck with everything."

The Manchester United Thread

Post by -TW- » August 28, 2014, 4:23 pm

Sure nick, let me explain

Unfortunately for them they are in League one which is like div 3, not quite good enough for the EPL, then again neither is Man U

So they have the EPL, the championship and then league one and two and then county leagues

last year MK dons finished 10th in league one

Hope that explains it..

It's pretty simple.

It would be the equivalent of South Sydney Rabbitohs losing to a GH combined XIII
