We have gone from a good position to an awful one in 1hr.

Uzi... yeah, crap shot. A poor shot by a senior batsmen.

Harris, you have to convert those champ. Thats 2 or 3 times in the series you are out in the 70s.

SMarsh... Im so surprised. Id call him blind, but he is. Wears contacts, and since he did his form has been awful. Burns, Maxy and/or Wade should feel very hard done by.

Labuschagne - Did the hard work, and TBF, walking off you could see how disappointed he was. He knew he was going well. Another 'welcome to Test cricket' moment.

Praying for rain here at the SCG. Not to save the match, just to cool off a bit. We deserve to lose by an innings here.

Watched yesterday's play from the Victor Trumper stand looking straight down the pitch.

Loose change is a classy batsman. Plays very straight. The catch that got him out was an absolute beauty. Sometimes you just have to say 'too good'. I can see now why he was put at 3. Not saying he will be as good as Barry Richards but the technique has similarities.

Harris did all the hard work, but he has a 45 degree dab shot outside his off stump he should give away. He played and missed a few before he played on from the inside edge. Both those two look to have the technique to be a success in Test cricket.

As for the others, Uzi played a poor shot when he looked set. No other players looked the goods.

Have I said I'm Marshed out. Well I am. He is not/no longer a Test cricketer.
Joe Burns must be shaking his head at his lack of top order selection.

Can’t believe India made Australia follow on. This move puts Australia at 100 to 1. Not 10000 to 1.

I’m talking more about the odd fluke where a team has been dismissed only chasing 110 or so. Still never going to happen. But it was the only possible way Australia could win.

That's what I mean, they're 316 behind now and play will be abandoned today

So they have 2 sessions to make at least 456, with India having zero incentive to chase it

Play called off. Lucky escape, history books will reflect a 2-1 loss rather than a 3-1 drubbing.

That's what happens when you set up your system to identify youth rather then develop players and bring them in after 5000+ shield runs

**** Pat Howard, that system doesn't work in cricket like union.. the best players aren't on top of their game until late 20s, where this system spits them out if they're no good at 23

Well our next test series is v SRI in a couple of weeks. They are currently in NZ copping a pasting in the the ODIs.

Their form isn't great, actually they are struggling.

Let's hope our boys show plenty of patience and commitment with the bat this time around..

What's the Australian version of a hattrick?

Going 3 balls without a batsman getting out. :-(
