Yeah I didn't think that ball was missing. It did look like he was suggesting he hit the ball, from my dodgy lip reading.

Well... this has been some pretty avg batting.

Burns... well... that 50 was a stay of execution for me.

Wade, sooooo dumb. You are in control, you must convert.

Labu, its good bowling, coz they set him up, but oh dear. He was stuck of 45 for what felt like 30mins. He looked very scratchy the whole innings, got some luck, gotta find a way.

Smithy... oh dear. Not a good out for a player of his class.

Head, slow start, but got in. Started looking ok, then found a way to nic a wide one. Another not to convert.

Green, well, he never looked like getting out. However, struggled to make a run. Not enough intent. I like what I see, but he will have to produce at some point soon. At least he bowls.

Paine, like Smith and Labu, strangled by the legside trap.

Cummins with a windy woof. Not great from the VC TBH.

Starcy doing tailender things... ooph.

Lyons innings was niiice Garry... but short.

BIG Wood carries his bat 🤣🤣🤣

It seems to be a series wide thing, for both sides, but all the batsmen are trying not to get out, while forgetting that they need to make runs.

That over is
ON
THE
MONEY
from Starcy.

Its being reviewed. Umpire Reiffle says out.

Review is umpires call (there have been 3 or 4 of those today), so Agawal gets a 6 ball duck.

Geez!
The debutant Gill gets a corker of a 1st over from Cummins.

Aussie quicks have the radar on.

Gill looked pretty good. Oz quicks were breathing fire for that last mini session on a wicket doing enough.

Aussies in trouble. No doubt the bowling last test papered over the cracks in the batting order.

Sixers vs Stars was worth staying up for last night. One of the best BBL matches I've seen.

The game had everything right down to the wire. I know NCN was injured so didn't bowl the last over. Don't understand why Maxy bowled it and not Zahir Khan.

Starting to feel a bit sorry for Green. Looks comfortable at this level, but as yet, not seeing the rewards/success.

Bowling much much better than his Test figures currently read. Both in the 1st Test and this 1st innings. Very nearly had Jadeja prior to the new ball. Pretty good effort to swing a 79 over old ball.

Starc has had Rahane out at least 3 times, only to watch the catch go down - Greens was tough.

Did Paine drop Rahane? Or was that someone else? Coz that would be 4
