So where's Starkers, Hazlenuts and Cummins ?

Surely not all injured !!

Richardson, Stanlake, Tye and Stoinis just ain't cutting it.

Even Jackson Bird, James Patterson on one leg would be a better option.

Andrew Tye bowled 17 dots in his 9 overs that went for 100. So that hundred came off 37 balls...

Stanlake is 10 feet tall and bowls 150 clicks. Bounce and speed should make him unplayable... like he is in the Big Bash.

Cricket is basically all year round now.

Somewhere in this world a cricket series is being played.

It's just normal schedule.

It's the ODI series normally after the Ashes as the ashes is straight after the world cup

Stanlake is rubbish, the whole bowling attack is. I agree with Schifty, a pointless ODI series. Terrible scheduling with the soccer world cup on at the same time.

ENG will win next years World Cup..bookmark it.

But still it's just terrible what we are throwing up.

We made 311 the other day batting first. I said to a mate...no chance..our bowling is awful.

Yep they have become a very good ODI side, and Australia continues to regress. Good thing we won 3 out of the last 4 world cups because may be awhile before we win another.

Ohhh how I long for the days when I could rely on Michael Bevan getting Australia out of any sticky situation or England getting themselves out of any winning situation.

Yep I’d be putting my money on England to win the World Cup too - their ODI team is class. Azza, make that 4 out of the last 5 world cups!

Who cares. I'm over it. ODI cricket barely resembles what it used to be.

does that mean the Raiders might be good again in a few years? I'd take that for a few years of cricket wilderness.
Gina Riley: Oh, come on, John. That’s a bit old hat, the corrupt IOC delegate.
John Clarke: Old hat? Gina, in the scientific world when they see that something is happening again and again and again, repeatedly, they don’t call it old hat. They call it a pattern.
