I thought the first season was fantastic, really original. They just kind of had nowhere to go after that. Jumped the shark very early.

I kept seeing adverts for it during the cricket, there's now like a thousand chicks in the cast... do the nerds all have girlfriends now or something??

Bare Naked Ladies? Weren't they that one hit wonder indie band from the 90s? I find it amazing they are still together. And now that I listen to that theme song in my head it does sound like them.

Well that's just stupid. Isn't it supposed to be four nerds living in a house with a hot neighbour?? What's the point if they all get girlfriends??

The song your probably thinking of is "One Week"Begbie wrote:Bare Naked Ladies? Weren't they that one hit wonder indie band from the 90s? I find it amazing they are still together. And now that I listen to that theme song in my head it does sound like them.
But they have been around since 92 and in 2009 Steven Page quit the band and have been a 4 piece since.
Really wanna hear a song with a lot of hate listen to "You Run Away"
As for their latest album "Grinning Streak" that had a few good songs on it.
Have released 13 albums with a few greatest hits and a couple of live CD's and happy to say I have em all.
Great Canadian band

I saw the Barenaked Ladies In December 93 at the Hackney Empire (bleedin' 'eck gor blimey) supporting Billy Bragg, they were pretty good. Sad they have sunk to the theme tune of that execrable pile of nerdlove but no doubt they are set for life off the back of it. Best of luck to them.

Avatar Bet - bleedgreen99 - Raiders to make (BG99)/miss(Lucy) the 8. Avatar from last round of regular season 2015 until GF 2016.
Signature Bet - Raider85 - Raiders to get(Lucy)/miss(R85) the wooden spoon. Signature for entire offseason.
Bottle of something to the value of $70 - Matthew Borewood to not see (Lucy)/to see (Piggles) a first grade game in 2015 for the Warriors.
The Name Change Bet - Regarding the three bets above;
I win all three I keep my name.
I win one I become "the Punish"
I lose all I become "Chicken Little"

You lucky bugger, them and Green Day (their own show) are the only 2 bands I wanna see live and then my concert bucket list is done.Chicka's shoe wrote:I saw the Barenaked Ladies In December 93 at the Hackney Empire (bleedin' 'eck gor blimey) supporting Billy Bragg, they were pretty good. I am Adam, prince of eternia and defender of the secrets of castle greyskull.
This is cringer,, my fearless friend.
Fabulous powers were revealed to me the day I held aloft my magic sword and said, "by the power of greyskull! I have the power!"
Cringer became the mighty battle cat, and I became heman, the most powerful man in the universe!
Only three others share this secret, the sorceress, man at arms and Glen Buttriss. Together we defend castle greyskull from the evil forces of skeletor.
